There was an employer who was looking into an individual that they believed was embellishing their work history with their company and others. We were provided with a LinkedIn profile for the subject, and began our search. A good amount of time had passed and there was still nothing more than a Facebook profile found. We pushed on with our search, looking through connections and associates until we stumbled upon an Instagram profile belonging to the subject under an alias.
Once the alias was identified we continued to find endless content on the individual including an large supply of Tumblr images that featured the subject in a compromising position to say the least.
Along with finding seductive photos of the subject, we also came across a podcast link which provided additional data points that were related to the scope of work. Several of the podcast episodes revealed the subject speaking to his employment history in a negative light.
With finding the information our client needed the steps were taken to freeze the evidence in time, by using Web Preservation. This process allowed us to gather court admissible evidence for our client.
