E-Chatter is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time OSINT / SOCMINT Analyst to join our investigative team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys online research, problem solving, and investigative work. Analysts conduct digital investigations using publicly available information and prepare professional reports for clients across the United States.

Position Type: Part-Time (approximately 10–25 hours per week). Hours will vary based on client demand and project volume. Additional hours may be available during periods of increased workload.

Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour, with opportunities for increased compensation based on experience, performance, training, and demonstrated proficiency.

Work Location: Fully Remote

Responsibilities

• Conduct OSINT and SOCMINT investigations using publicly available information.
• Perform Digital Footprint Reveals, social media investigations, and due diligence research.
• Investigate usernames, email addresses, phone numbers, aliases, and online identities.
• Utilize facial recognition technology, reverse image searching, and investigative software.
• Research public records and online databases.
• Apply E-Chatter’s attribution methodology to accurately identify subjects.
• Prepare professional investigative reports that clearly document findings.
• Preserve digital evidence and maintain proper documentation when appropriate.
• Follow internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism with all client information.
• Collaborate with team members on complex investigations and special projects.
