FEES AND PAYMENT FOR ECHATTER SCANS AND CONSULTATION SERVICES:

All fees specified in all order forms for services purchased shall be paid by you, the purchaser. Except as otherwise specified, fees are based on services purchased and no guarantee is made that information on a subject of a scan will be found or accurate, payment obligations are non-cancelable, and fees paid are non-refundable.

You will provide eChatter with valid and updated credit card information, or with a valid purchase order or alternative document as approved by eChatter. If you provide credit card information to eChatter, you authorize eChatter to charge such credit card for all services and reports listed in your order form.
